I have gone through the entire book top to bottom and updated it in a number of places. The book is now in it’s 6th edition.
My recommendations for an editor have been updated; I now recommend Microsoft Visual Studio Code.
I updated dozens of screen shots, including all the screen shots for the home screens for WAMP and XAMPP, which have been refined and updated since the book was published. Some other places just needed refinement.
